Ildiko is investigating a medical clinic asking for blood donations to support an effort to assist in a crisis situation. In reality, the clinic operators are using the blood for a second purpose; to evaluate donors for clandestine organ donations. Selling blood is profitable, but Osri want to become a major player in what is known as “The Red Market”. What she needs are kidneys, livers and corneas. Orsi’s assistant, Monica, wants to sell skeletons, too, but as Orsi points out, they need to get an acid bath first. All that aside, the immediate focus is harvesting Ildiko’s organs. Weakened by a 2 pint withdrawal, Ildiko about to be placed in a secure dormitory used to hold the clinic’s victims. Realizing that she has little time to act, Ildiko takes out Monica with a stab to the heart, then deals with Orsi when she returns to the waiting room. But will she get out? Some things may never be known for sure, but Orsi and Monica are DOA.
